Great question! Both use similar processes but they endeavor to address different things.
Therapy is right for you if you’re dealing with old patterns and memories that keep you from moving forward. Mental health struggles (like anxiety, depression and chronic burnout), addictions, and traumas are best addressed by a trained therapist.
Coaching uses psychological practices similar to therapy but in service of moving you from functional to optimal. During a coaching session, we focus on the present moment and we’re always working toward an outcome. You’ll walk away from the session with a clear idea of what to do next. We will occasionally deal with situations and relationships from your past, but in service of helping you move forward. Growth is the goal!

The Council is the World Builders’ cornerstone program, and it is the best place to build if you’re looking for a cohort to walk this path alongside you (with a dash of 1-1 support). The Council is for folks who are at least mid-career, have created stability in their businesses to a certain extent, and are looking for refinement.
1-1 coaching is completely different: It’s just you and Jenni, no intermediary. Jenni is your co-pilot, and she only takes 6-8 Oracle Session clients per year, and she makes space for 1-2 Edge portals per month, so she’s deep in the work with you — no distractions.

Jenni has a bachelors degree from Bucknell University in psychology, and a masters degree in communications (with a focus on magazine and science journalism) from Boston University.
She was full-time editor at MedTech Boston, Upworthy and Wirecutter (New York Times) before being laid off in 2018, then launching her own freelance writing business.
Since then, Jenni has run four more businesses: A coaching company; a community-driven organization based on a popular podcast; an agency; and World Builders.
In 2018, she completed a 200-hour training in meditation and yoga with Sendatsu Evolution, and in January 2022, she completed an 18-month professional coach training with IPEC, which is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program. Jenni is a CPC (certified professional coach) and an ICF member.
She also trains constantly, and has completed financial trainings with Kate Northrup; scoped out brand copy writing trainings with Simone Grace Seol; done deep marketing, branding and soul work with Amber Lilyestrom; and attended workshops and intensives on communing with the soul of your work with Nisha Moodley. She now studies ritual and wealth re-patterning under Camille Craft. She has undergone two guided plant medicine journeys, which profoundly changed her life.
Jenni reads deeply about somatic work, trauma, neurodivergence, caregiving, attention, accountability, motivation, psychology, and beyond.

The Oracle Sessions are the only space where you’ll get unlimited access to Jenni on a 1-1 basis.
The Council is an incredible place to build alongside a cohort; as part of that program, you’ll get a kick off call with Jenni, monthly audits with her, and feedback from your supporting coach. This means Jenni will review your content or strategy 1x per month.
Via The Oracle Sessions, you’ll get Jenni’s support all the way through: In your marketing, messaging, financial strategy, mindset blocks, and beyond. It’s an every week, all in collaboration.
Oracle Sessions (and Edge Portals) are built for high-level leaders who are already moving quickly and want a partner in crime to help them stay clear and well. This could mean you are new to business, but you are certainly not new to your craft.
The Council is for scaling entrepreneurs who are interested in building with a group. This option is also less expensive ($850/ month for 2026 founding members).

Jenni specializes in working with service-based entrepreneurs who are building content and community-focused enterprises. She works mostly with online entrepreneurs, but has also supported folks with brick-and-mortar shops or in-person communities on occasion.
In the past, common businesses she’s worked with have included agencies, solopreneur businesses, communities and memberships, and creator businesses. She’s also partnered with coaches, therapists, movement professionals, consultants, fractionals, and folks who want to center their art (painting, music, poetry, novel writing).

Jenni is incredibly anti-dogma; she believes that you are the answer, the key, the sovereign center. Her goal is to teach you to trust yourself rather than outsourcing your power.
Jenni is clairaudient and clairvoyant; she also channels large bodies of work. If you ask, she will tap in and ask your guides to give perspective on where you might go next. This feels like getting a psychic reading. She also has a strong intuition and will share those nudges as they arise.
But there is nothing about this container that will feel religious. She believes that consciousness is a mystery, and it’s our job to listen as well as we can.

This work is designed to increase your self-trust, not replace it.
You do not need to identify as “spiritual” to benefit from this work. Many clients simply appreciate having language and tools that help them understand themselves more deeply.
