The Council is a mastermind for women and non-binary business builders who are ready and willing to step into their next era of leadership.
Here’s the thing: Once you remember what you’re capable of, you can help everyone around you remember their own magic, too.
This council is where you finally figure out the brand of go-first energy that feels like home in your body, then apply it to your business or creative projects (or both!). That energetic upgrade creates a growth catalyst that feels like the ease you’ve been chasing all along.
How does it work?
The Council is a 6-month growth pathway with a 10-member cap that combines strategic coaching with high-level, mastermind-style collaboration, intimate workshops, impactful facilitation and seasonal ritual.
This level of support is meant to help you step boldly into your unique style of leadership, while also removing the layers of conditioning, shadows and ancestral trauma that have kept you stuck in a spin cycle for all these years. Once you do that, we’ll implement changes to your business that feel like the most expansive exhale.
In this sacred circle, you’ll learn to show up as The Truest You everywhere you go.

The Council includes:

Monthly, you’ll meet with your cohort and Jenni for a deeply impactful workshop related to the month’s core topic. This session is an hour long and, while recorded, you’ll get spot coaching if you attend live.

Each cohort is led by Jenni and a supporting coach. Your supporting coach will facilitate two additional group sessions each month. With your cohort, you’ll spend the first session exploring that month’s themes. The second will be used for collaborative brainstorming.
In a room of collective power, like this, we all have wisdom to share.
Each session is 60-75 minutes long.

Hosted in Circle, your private community space is where you’ll connect with your fellow Council members, receive spot coaching from Jenni and your supporting coach, and workshop ideas as they come up.
Your homework (weekly!) will also be shared in this channel, as well as via email.

Inside your supportive, private community space, you’ll get the chance to ask questions of your supporting coach and Jenni each week. Jenni is typically in the space once per week.

Each month, you’ll be invited to submit something you’d like Jenni’s feedback on. This could be copy, pricing, a general question, a social media post, a new offer, or a document where you’re workshopping a new creative project.
Within the week, Jenni will return thoughts to help you super-charge your idea and take it to market. -
The World Builders Collective is a web-like space where you’ll get to meet every person who joins the World Builders universe. In the Collective, you’ll get access to:
Matchmaking services (get connection to folks who are in similar or complementary fields)
Ongoing community chats
Monthly summits (with Jenni or guest speakers)
Weekly rituals, journaling prompts or exercises
Small rooms based on industry (community building, copywriting, etc) where you can get industry-specific support on what you’re building

During your first or second month, you’ll meet with Jenni to take your vision and translate it into a strategic plan for the coming 6 month experience. This call is one hour.

Each month comes with all kinds of homework: Exercises, rituals, journaling prompts, and so much more.
Prepare to set aside at least two hours per week! One for homework, one for business development.
Our Curriculum
Each month, your cohort will focus on the topics below. You may address other elements of business building with your cohort during brainstorming sessions or within the community space, too, but the program will follow this flow:
MONTH 1: Rooted Foundations
As we begin, we’ll root into the visions we have for the worlds we want to build. We’ll create Council agreements, share our visions with one another, and begin to work with our intentions for the next 6 months. We’ll also audit what’s currently going on in your business so you know what you’d like to adapt, change or close altogether during this time together.
This month, you’ll create:
A set of agreements with your council cohort
A foundational understanding of your vision for the future
A clear set of “keep, drop or adapt” actions related to your existing work
Guiding intentions for your Council experience
MONTH 2: Wealth & Money Magic
Wealth is about more than money. It’s about freedom of time, health, relationships, and beyond. During month two, we’ll dig into prosperity as a study of both math and magic. Movements — especially artistic, creative movements — must be resourced to be effective. That means it’s time for you to get clear on your relationship with money and wealth, and to turn your wealth magnet ON. We’ll work through money shadows, recreate financial rules and systems in our businesses, and begin to embrace a stewardship approach to wealth.
This month, you’ll create:
A new story about your relationship to money and wealth
A strategic game plan for your time in The Council (1-1 call with your coaches)
A clear pricing strategy
A list of your financial values
Expansive financial goals to move towards, with a roadmap of how you’ll get there.
Release & manifestation experiences (through ritual and writing) to help you begin to build a relationship with money
MONTH 3: Voice Training
Your leadership begins at your throat chakra. Once we’ve stepped into wealth, the natural next step is to talk about voice. This month, we’ll learn how to say the things we’re here to say. We’ll experiment with choosing platforms and building audiences. We’ll lean into sharing one another’s content. And we’ll dance with all the mindset blocks that come up when we step into being seen, fully. The goal? Attracting dream clients from a place of resonance.
This month, you’ll create:
A manifesto that conveys what your work is, and why it matters
A visibility timeline to help you reclaim old patterns or beliefs
A new coat of paint for your website or social media accounts (new branding! new messaging!)
An experiment related to your marketing source of truth
MONTH 4: Right-for-You Pacing
Knowing your unique energetic map is essential to building an entrepreneurial path that keeps you feeling well. The ebb and the flow, the creative inspiration followed by the dead of winter – it’s all normal, but it can also be deeply challenging to embrace that cyclicality. This month, we’ll use gene keys, enneagram reports, a self-energy audit, and other tools to focus internally on the way our creative work is best birthed into the world.
This month, you’ll create:
Seasonal beta tests of new offers or creations
A guide to your own capacity & energy
Identity statements to anchor you as you step into your leadership
MONTH 5: Intuitive Guidance
What does it look like to own your own truth with assurance, and to act on it even when it feels a bit irrational? This month, we’ll explore inner knowing. We’ll look at how your intuitive gifts show up and how to build trust with those messages, and we’ll explore ritual, ceremony, card reading, automatic writing, divination walks, and other intuitive modalities to build up your self-trust toolkit.
This month, you’ll create:
Your own ritual or ceremonial practice
A set of guiding principles that honor all parts of your wisdom
MONTH 6: Legacy Work
If you’re in this council, you’re breaking ancestral patterns. You’re building an all-new blueprint. You’re showing up in a way no one in your family has ever shown up. And doing that comes along with all kinds of complexities. This month, we’ll work to release and heal the stuck spots you may come by generationally before we peel back the layers to reveal your true purpose. You’ll walk out with a mission statement that resonates and a sense of sureness about the movement you’re here to lead.
This month, you’ll create:
A personal values statement
A broad mission statement
A sacred path map for the next year
A narrative that takes you from what you were born into, to where you’re at today
A closing experience with your cohort

Meet Jenni
Jenni is an intuitive business coach and strategic advisor for creative entrepreneurs and leaders. She teaches you how to unlock your unique leadership while tending to your own needs, all within a business designed to support you and your people well.
Jenni started her career as a journalist, which is an approach she still brings into her soulful, story-filled coaching work. After a decade of working for herself and running four different businesses (a collaborative community and podcast, an agency, a freelance writing business, and a coaching business), she’s come to believe that root cause coaching is more effective than chasing shiny business objects. And she also believes that you know best what your next steps are, even if your intuitive hits are buried at the moment.
Her clients call her a shadow worker because she specializes in walking through the darkest places with you. Why? Because your dreams are on the other side of that darkness. Her magic shows up mostly deeply in conversations about wealth, branding, marketing, intuition, pacing and offers.
Jenni is an oracle, a seer, a lover of all things ritual and nature, an author, a mother, an artist, a gardener, a baker, a collaborator, a leader and a coach. Within our 6 core concepts (foundational visions, wealth, visibility, pacing, intuition and legacy), we’ll also cover the full spectrum of business building, including branding, marketing and messaging refinement; developing high-momentum sales systems and processes; building towards revenue increases and an abundant financial mindset; deep diving into website development and refining offer suites; experimenting with beta tests and making moves on big creative projects; and beyond.
You’ll walk out with a clear business model, a marketing strategy that doesn’t suck, an offer suite you love, and a new approach to money – plus a deep, unshakeable sense of self trust.

There is no income cap for this program, as the mental space you’re coming to this container with is more important than the size and shape of your business.
That said, you need to be both-feet-in committed to your business building journey for this program to be a fit for you, even if you don’t quite know what direction you’d like to head in over the coming years.
New business owners, especially those looking for support related to business fundamentals, will be best suited to begin this work via The Sustainable Solopreneur. The Council is a 301-level program that assumes you have some business foundations already in place.
You must also be all in for the self discovery and growth this container is built upon.

This depends on your cohort. The March cohort will typically meet on Thursday mornings at 10 am Pacific Time. Our group calls will usually land on the 1st, 2nd and 4th week of the month (except for holiday weeks). If you cannot make them live, you’ll get the recording! You will self schedule your 1-1 call with Jenni once you enroll. Typically, these 60 minute sessions happen in month one or two of the program. She takes these calls on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 10 and 3 pm PST (and has some flexibility for those who live in other time zones, as needed).

My gene keys title is “the practical visionary,” and I think you’ll find this to be absolutely the case in the containers I lead.
We will lean as much into energetics and intuitive knowing, as we will into practical, strategic building. I believe the both-and is where the magic lives.
You’ll also be able to engage as much as you’d like in the spiritual growth side of this journey; you are always the leader of your own trajectory.
There is no specific religious affiliation in this program, and we are careful to avoid dogma; whatever you consider to be a “source” beyond yourself (or within yourself) is where you’ll tap in.
