Welcome to THE COUNCIL, a high-level mastermind for women and non-binary people who are ready to step into their power and leadership.

The next cohort of The Council begins March 2026.

LEAD is a coven-style group program for women and non-binary entrepreneurs who are here to wake themselves up.

Why? Because once you’re awake — once you remember what you’re capable of — you can help everyone around you remember their own divinity and personal power, too.

This council is where you finally figure out the brand of go-first energy that feels like home in your body, then apply it to your business. That energetic upgrade creates a growth catalyst that feels like the ease you’ve been chasing all along.

How does it work? LEAD is a 6-month experience with a 12-member cap that combines strategic 1-1 business coaching with high-level, mastermind-style collaboration, plus a dash of witchy magic.

This level of support is meant to help you step boldly into your unique style of leadership and power, while also removing the layers of conditioning, shadows and ancestral trauma that have kept you stuck in a spin cycle for all these years. Once you do that, we’ll implement changes to your business that feel like the most expansive exhale.

In this sacred circle, you’ll learn to show up as The Truest You everywhere you go.

The Council includes:

  • You’ll meet with Jenni 1-1 each month for a one-hour strategy session, plus you’ll have access to Jenni via Voxer, a voice note app. Inside Voxer, we’ll walk through mindset blocks, rewrite stories about financial fear, explore your upper limits, and create a game plan for where your work is headed. And you’ll be able to use email to request document reviews, too.

  • This isn’t a “one leader” container. This is a space where we support each other’s growth in a collaborative way, leaning into our wholeness as a route to success for everyone else. We’ll meet as a cohort (all women and non-binary people in this room) once per month to brainstorm, workshop and support each other’s growth, and we’ll chat consistently in Slack, too, throughout the program. Then we’ll meet together, in person, in February.

  • Join Jenni’s community, SUSTAIN, during your time in LEAD to get extra support, momentum and learnings about how to build a business that lasts.

    And if you’d like, you can pop into Jenni’s CREATE intensive, as well as any other programs, workshops or products Jenni offers during your LEAD tenure.

  • Every month, a guest expert will join us to teach us how to unlock ourselves in the boldest, bravest ways. This will include energy work, money work, branding feedback, messaging support, intuitive guidance, and beyond.

  • Each Monday, you’ll get a ritual or journaling prompt to walk with for the week ahead, aligned with the planetary movement patterns & energy of that week.

  • In February, we’ll culminate our 6 months together by meeting in person in Central Oregon for a full-day experience of collaboration, sacred circle, beautiful food, music, and beyond. If you’d like, you may stay beyond that one day to do an in-person session with Jenni, collaborate with your cohort, and explore the beautiful mountain landscapes.

Our Curriculum

You’ll move at your own pace in your 1-1 sessions with Jenni, but each month will include a group focus on the topics below. It’s likely that these topics will drip into our weekly rituals and business experiments as well.

MONTH 1: Your Knowing

What does it look like to own your own truth with assurance, and to act on it even when it feels irrational? During month one of the council, we’ll explore inner knowing. Intuitive, psychic, artist, dancer and mystic Annie Cattabriga-Alosa of SoulWise Guidance will help each member figure out how her intuitive gifts show up. Annie will also explain how to build trust in your intuition, and she’ll explain how she embraced her own abilities. The goal? Deeper self trust.

MONTH 2: Your Wealth

Wealth is about more than money. It’s about freedom of time, health, relationships, and beyond. During month two, we’ll dig into prosperity, spurred along by conversation with business strategist, oracle, poet and mentor, Amber Lilyestrom. Amber will teach us about how the energetics of money matter as much as the spreadsheets, and she’ll talk about how she freed herself from a panic-driven financial paradigm. She’ll also help the group work through money shadows as they come up. The goal? Financial ease.

MONTH 3: Your Voice

Your leadership begins at your throat chakra, and Lois Mac is an expert at helping you unfurl those deep truths into real, magnetic messaging. This month, we’ll learn how to say the things we’re here to say. We’ll experiment with choosing platforms and building audiences. We’ll lean into sharing one another’s content. And we’ll dance with all the mindset blocks that come up when we step into being seen, fully. The goal? Attracting dream clients.

MONTH 4: Your Pace

Knowing your unique energetic map is essential to building an entrepreneurial path that keeps you feeling well. The ebb and the flow, the creative inspiration followed by the dead of winter – it’s all normal, but it can also be deeply challenging to embrace that cyclicality. This month, we’ll use gene keys, enneagram reports, a self-energy audit, and other tools to focus internally on the way our creative work is best birthed into the world.

MONTH 5: Your Legacy

If you’re in this council, you’re breaking ancestral patterns. You’re building an all-new blueprint. You’re showing up in a way no one in your family has ever shown up. And doing that comes along with all kinds of complexities. This month, we’ll dive into the ways you’re protecting yourself with intuitive and psychotherapist Annamarie Green. With her help, we’ll work to release and heal those stuck spots before we peel back the layers to reveal your true purpose. You’ll walk out with a mission statement that resonates and a sense of sureness about the movements you want to lead.

MONTH 6: Sacred Path Mapping

During our last month together, we’ll map the months ahead, lean into community, and join one another for sacred retreat in Bend, Oregon.

LEAD is for you if you’re:

Meet Jenni

Jenni is an intuitive business coach and strategist for creative entrepreneurs and leaders seeking simplicity, sustainability and power. She teaches you how to unlock your unique leadership while tending to your own needs, all within a business that serves you and your people well. 

Jenni started her career as a journalist, which is an approach she still brings into her soulful, story-filled coaching work. After a decade of working for herself and running four different businesses (a collaborative community and podcast, an agency, a freelance writing business, and a coaching business), she’s come to believe that a root cause strategy is more effective than chasing shiny business objects. And she also believes that you know best what your next steps are, even if your intuitive hits are buried.

Her clients call her a shadow worker because she specializes in walking through those darkest places with you. Why? Because your dreams are on the other side of that darkness. Her magic shows up mostly deeply in conversations about wealth, branding, marketing, intuition, pacing and offers.

  • We’ll cover the full spectrum of business support, including branding, marketing and messaging refinement; developing high-momentum sales systems and processes; building towards revenue increases and an abundant financial mindset; deep diving into website development and refining offer suites; experimenting with beta tests and making moves on big creative projects; and beyond.

    You’ll walk out with a clear business model, a marketing strategy that doesn’t suck, an offer suite you love, and a new approach to money – plus a deep, unshakeable sense of self trust.

  • Nope! Some members of the group will be newer to business, and some will be more established. The mental space you’re coming to this container with is more important than the size and shape of your business.

    That said, you need to be both-feet-in committed to your entrepreneurial journey for this program to be a fit for you, even if you don’t quite know what direction you’d like to head in over the coming years.

    You must be planning to launch a business within the next 3-6 months. You must also be all in for the self discovery and growth this container is built upon.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • These are self-scheduled. I take 1-1 clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and the occasional Friday morning, between 10 am and 3 pm Pacific Time. The calls will be on Zoom; if you’re in Bend, Oregon, we can meet in person at The Haven Coworking!

  • My gene keys title is “the practical visionary,” and I think you’ll find this to be absolutely the case in the containers I lead.

    We will lean as much into energy as we will into practical, strategic building. I believe the both-and is where the magic lives.

    You’ll also be able to engage as much as you’d like in the spiritual growth side of this journey; you are always the leader of your own trajectory. The “spiritual” side of the program will include weekly ritual, tapping into intuition, card pulls and energetic work with experts.

    There is no specific religious inclination in this program; whatever you consider to be a “source” beyond yourself is where you’ll tap in.

  • The retreat is going to be magical but if you can’t make it, that’s A-okay. Again: You’re. the master of your own destiny! Note that there will not be Zoom recordings of the retreat, though, as it is a sacred space.

    We’ll send more information about booking for the retreat mid-Fall, but you’ll book your own flights and hotels. (We’ll provide a few recommended places to stay.) All the food, activities and coaching sessions on the day-of will be included. And if you come into town for the retreat (in Central Oregon), you can stay for an extra day or two to do a deep-dive, 1-1 session with jenni.
